Wij leveren rechtstreeks vanuit onze eigen productie. De webshop kiest automatisch of jouw bestelling met DPD verstuurd kan worden of dat deze, vanwege de afmetingen, met onze koeriersdienst van de Hoef Logistiek bij je thuis of op het werk wordt bezorgd. Bij het afrekenen komt dit automatisch in beeld.

Not at home?
DPD
The evening before the delivery day, you will receive the track & trace code for your package(s). Keep an eye on the track & trace code to see the final delivery time. We have no influence over the time or day of delivery. If you are not home, DPD will either deliver your package to a pickup point or return it to us. In some cases, the pickup point may refuse the package(s), which would also result in the order being returned to us.
If the package is delivered to a pickup point, we kindly ask you to collect your order as soon as possible. If the package is not picked up within a few days, it will be returned to us.
If we need to resend the order, additional shipping costs will apply.
Van de Hoef Logistiek
The evening before delivery, you will receive a track-and-trace link and, in the same email, a delivery time window of up to 2 hours. Additionally, you will receive an SMS about 10 minutes before the delivery to notify you that they are almost there. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery time.
Van de Hoef Logistiek delivers the order to the first threshold on the ground floor, using a specially prepared transport cart or a pallet. Items on a transport cart will be delivered as separate items at the location. Since the products are delicate, it is not possible to grant permission to leave the package unattended; someone must be present to receive the delivery.
It is crucial to be home at the time of delivery, as they are coming especially for you! If you are not home, you will receive a delivery calendar to reschedule a new date. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to determine what went wrong and schedule a new delivery. Additional costs may apply.
