Description
Ordered some panels from a number of oak carpentry panels B/C quality for extra storage space and a windowsill in the renovated kitchen.
Two wall shelves for crockery in the kitchen in instead of a closed cupboard. This now looks much more spacious. Supported with two industrial shelf supports that can take some weight.
An oak shelf for the windowsill at the kitchen window.
Work description: how did you realize your project
p>The shelves are stained with clear varnish and then mounted on the industrial shelf supports. Initially the idea was to place 3 above each other, but that would destroy the spatial effect it should give. By using self-drilling screws, no pre-drilling was necessary and it could be attached directly to the shelf supports. The windowsill is also stained and then glued to the frame. Filling plates have been used to secure the windowsill straight and level.
Final size: What are the outside dimensions?
Wall shelves:
87.0 cm long and 30.0 cm 0 cm wide
Windowsill:
133.0 cm long and 10.0 cm wide
The panels are made of oak carpentry panel B/C 19 mm
