Description
A beautiful, spacious and modern cupboard for my daughter that she will enjoy for a long time. We were a bit limited in terms of size and most of the cupboards are very high, causing those scary children to climb into them. With a socks/underwear drawer at the bottom and a low rod, she can easily reach everything without me having a nervous breakdown.
Make a cupboard from underlayment yourself
- Mill a trench in the top, side and bottom panel for hardboard back wall.
- Drill holes for hinges in doors.
- Drill holes for handles in doors.
Drawer:
- Screw side panels against the base plate.
- Attach the rear panel using screws.
- Place a partition (to create 2 separate compartments).
- Pre-drill the handles for the front panel.
- Attach the front panel blindly using dowels and glue, if necessary. chair corners for reinforcement.
-Attach handles.
- Mark the line of drawer guides.
Legs:
- Cut out and glue tapered legs, if necessary reinforce with chair corners.
/>- Attach legs to bottom panel.
Cabinet section:
- Attach shelves to partition (dowels or shelf brackets)
- Attach partition to base plate.
- Bottom panel between side panels attach with dowels.
- Screw the bottom panel (with legs) to the bottom of the side panels.
- Slide in the hardboard back wall.
- Attach the top panel using screws.
- Place and adjust the doors.
br />- Install handles.
- Install drawer guides.
- Install drawer.
- Install rod.
- Install shelves.
- Check for splinters and/or sharp corners.
