Work description: how did you realize your project

My daughter who moved in together, the plates are the basis for a living room and dining table with herringbone motif. For this we have ordered two custom made-to-measure 30 millimeter thick poplar plywood sheets. The wooden plates were delivered neatly without damage and dimensionally stable.

Do it yourself dining table

We glued a one centimeter thick oak herringbone parquet onto the panels, after which we finished the edges with oak planers. Sturdy raw steel legs are mounted under the table tops. We have mounted a reinforcement bar under the long dining table to prevent sagging. The result, a sturdy contemporary coffee and dining table with herringbone motif. You can finish the table in any color you want, tables that my daughter and her boyfriend will enjoy for years to come.
